Justin Kadich is the Senior Attorney at American Dream Immigration, with over a decade of experience in U.S. immigration law. A summa cum laude graduate of UMass School of Law, he was recognized for his exceptional community service through the Immigration Law Clinic. Justin is deeply committed to defending immigrant rights, particularly in response to restrictive immigration policies during the Trump Administration. His practice focuses on advocacy, legal defense, and guiding individuals and families through the complexities of immigration law. Fluent in English and Spanish, Justin is dedicated to providing clear, transparent, and client-focused legal support.

Justin brings extensive experience advising individuals, entrepreneurs, startups, and multinational companies on complex U.S. immigration matters. Over the course of his career, he has held senior positions at leading immigration law firms across the United States and Canada, including Erickson Immigration Group, PwC Law LLP, and Garson LLP. Prior to founding his practice, he served as Senior Attorney at Go Global Immigration, PLLC, where he guided clients through challenging immigration processes with strategic and practical solutions.
Academic Achievement & Legal Excellence
Justin earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.), summa cum laude, from University of Massachusetts School of Law, graduating third in his class. During law school, he served as an editor of the UMass Law Review and worked as a teaching assistant for Constitutional Law and Contracts.
He completed his undergraduate studies at Brandeis University, graduating magna cum laude with honors in Politics and International & Global Studies.
